LIFTUPS Digital Consulting is the practice I built over 21 years of professional experience — 9 of them inside federal environments spanning HHS/CMS, DoD/USTRANSCOM, and EPA — helping agencies and their contractors deliver compliant, mission-aligned digital solutions.

I’m Talena Mathis, Principal Consultant of LIFTUPS Digital Consulting, a Woman-Owned Small Business based in Florida. With 21 years of professional experience — including 9 years in federal environments spanning HHS/CMS, DoD/USTRANSCOM, and EPA — I help federal agencies and their contractors deliver compliant, mission-aligned digital solutions.

My work sits at the intersection of Agile delivery, business analysis, and accessibility compliance. I’ve served as a Scrum Master and Senior Business Analyst on federal programs operating at FedRAMP Moderate and IL-4 classification levels, led enterprise Qualtrics XM platform implementations on FedRAMP-authorized infrastructure, and hold certification as a Qualtrics Certified XM Professional.

On the accessibility side, I evaluate digital products against WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 standards, write Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs/VPATs), and remediate documents and web content for Section 508 compliance. I’m currently completing DHS Trusted Tester certification (August 2026) and CAPM (September 2026).

I’m a U.S. citizen, Public Trust clearance eligible, and available for both federal contract and full-time engagements.

Before I got into technology I taught in a classroom — that background never left.
